The Folklore napkin features an intricate design that’s influenced by traditional Ukrainian Vyshyvanka embroidery. It’s handmade in linen by Ukrainian female seamstresses and plays host to slight variations that highlight the unique story behind each piece.

Founder of The Table Love Roberta Ellingsen trained as an Interior Architect in London and Milan, before expanding her expertise at several interior-based publications. It wasn’t until 2018, while on a sabbatical with her family in the Alps, that she fully explored her love ofpieces for the home – and more specifically, the table. Her wonderful team is far-reaching and inclusive, with female embroiderers in Ukraine and block-print artisans in India. Plus, she doesn’t overlook her carbon footprint, applying a ‘zero spill’ policy to avoid unnecessary waste, while also opting for eco-friendly alternatives wherever possible.
