From a farm workshop tucked among the woodlands of Kent, Jamie Gaunt carves sculptural design objects that celebrate the poetry of wood. Working mostly with fallen oak gathered nearby, he blends traditional tools with an instinctive process he calls free carving, letting each piece reveal its own rhythm and form. This results in tactile, totem-like wooden candle holders that feel both ancient and new, shaped by the hand as much as by the landscape itself.
