Roi Murano Smoke Bulb Decanter

Giberto’s Roi bulb decanter is hand-blown by Venetian artisans using grey Murano glass. Characterised by a pink rim, the ancient rigà-menà technique is applied, where hot glass circulates the rim in an entirely unique way, adding definition to the piece, which is characterised by an elongated neck and wide base.

Fascinated by glassmaking, Giberto creates watercolour sketches of his designs on tracing paper and passes them on to skilled Murano glassmakers, who bring each creation to life using Venetian furnaces.
