Borgo Delle Tovaglie
Sitting at the crossroads of tradition and innovation, Borgo delle Tovaglie’s fine table linens represent the unhurried yet considered pace of life under the Italian sun. Each piece is made to order, handcrafted in the label’s Bologna workshop, and new collections follow the seasons, with designs driven by the customer’s needs and desires. Valentina Muggia took over Borgo delle Tovaglie from her mother and runs it alongside husband Giuliano Di Paolo. Her vision for the new era is one of eclecticism – creative table dressings forla dolce vita, from rustic, al-fresco lunches to dazzling cocktail soirées. And at the centre of it all lies the foundational piece: the stain-resistant linen tablecloth.
