Story

These napkins from Madre Linen are made from 100% linen grown in Belgium, woven at a green-energy mill in Lithuania and hand-dyed in a natural colour-wash. Skilled sewers in the US tailor each napkin and bundle them in sets of four to complement the label’s linen tablecloths.

Maker

Shay Carrillo and Jeanie Kirk Linen are the American mothers committed to making fine linens with a transparent supply chain. Their Belgian-grown linen is woven in a clean, green Lithuanian mill and sewn in the US. Their ambition? To revive domestic flax farming and linen production in Oregon, and expand their range of naturally dyed tabletop goods.
