We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible - shipping to 165 countries within 2 – 5 business days.

Where does ABASK deliver and what will it cost me?

A list of all countries we deliver to can be found in the footer by clicking on your current shipping country. 

The cost of delivery depends on your shipping country, and can be summarised below: 

• Australia, $50 AUD delivery cost, free on orders over $500 AUD 

• Europe, €30 delivery cost, free on orders over €300 

• Japan, ¥5,000 delivery cost, free on orders over ¥50,000 

• United Kingdom, £12 delivery cost, free on orders over £200 

• United States of America, $30 delivery cost, free on orders over $300 

• Rest of World, $30 delivery cost, free on orders over $300 

How long will delivery take?

We aim to deliver all orders within 2 – 4 business days in the UK and 3 – 5 business days internationally.

Which courier company do you use?

We work with DHL to deliver our orders globally.

Are duty and customs included in the price?

Customers purchasing from Australia, Bahrain, Canada, European Union, Hong Kong, Iceland, Japan, Korea (South), Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Macau, New Zealand, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States of America will have orders delivered duty paid. These costs are included in the final purchase price, and you should not have to pay any additional costs to receive your order.  

Customers purchasing from Albania, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Bahamas, Bangladesh, Barbados, Belize, Benin, Bermuda, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Brazil, Brunei Darussalam, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, French Guiana, Gibraltar, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, India, Indonesia, Israel, Jamaica, Jersey, Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Malaysia, Maldives, Martinique, Mauritius, Mexico, Montserrat, Morocco, Namibia, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Pakistan, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Reunion, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Senegal, Serbia, Slovak Republic, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Swaziland, Tanzania, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, Turks and Caicos Islands, Uruguay and Vietnam will have orders delivered duty unpaid (DDU) and will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs (where applicable) will be invoiced to you directly from DHL or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion, as some countries have thresholds where no import taxes or duty fees will need to be paid. 

All other countries, will be given an option to ship either delivery duty paid or delivery duty unpaid.   

Can I ship to P.O. Boxes?

For security purposes, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Can I rearrange my delivery?

For security purposes, we cannot always guarantee that we will be able to rearrange delivery. DHL offer a ‘DHL On-Demand’ service in most major markets – see full link here - if you have given a valid phone number and email address at checkout, you should receive a message from DHL when the delivery is on its way. DHL will give you the option to rearrange delivery in these communications. If you have any other queries on rearranging your delivery, please contact our client service team.

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

For security reasons, we are unable to change a shipping address after the order has been placed. Once your order is on its way, DHL will contact you via email and/or text message, and you may be able to customise your delivery directly with them. Some options that they offer are: 

- Scheduling your delivery 

- Leaving with a neighbour 

- Collection at access point 

- Vacation hold 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from clientservice@abask.com, which will contain your tracking details. You will be able to click the link in your email to track the different stages of your orders delivery.

Can I ship all product everywhere?

Due to certain local laws, we are not able to ship all product to all available countries. Please note, this list may change as we stock new products and local laws update over time. If there are certain products that we cannot ship to your selected shipping country, then you will not be able to shop them.
