Founded in 1808, Brun de Vian-Tiran has spent more than two centuries perfecting the art of exceptional natural fibers. Based in L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue—a Provençal town shaped by a rich textile tradition—the family workshop has passed through eight generations, from founders Laurent Vian and Charles Tiran to today’s custodians, Pierre and Jean-Louis Brun. Revered for marrying innovation with savoir-faire, the house transformed the world of luxury blankets in 1961 with the introduction of its pioneering mohair throw—an enduring icon whose lightness and softness remain unmatched.
