Kaneko Kohyo’s Giyaman dinnerware has petal-shaped ridges that echo the Japanese chrysanthemum flower. This oval platter is finished in an indigo blue ‘urushi’ lacquer for a striking glass-like appearance. It’s perfectly sized for side dishes and sharing.
