Shiboridashi Ash-Glazed Ceramic Teapot

This shiboridashi teapot is named for the Japanese tradition of palm-sized teapots used for slow, concentrated tea infusions. As such, it’s perfect for gyokuro (green) or sencha tea drinking. Thrown from textured iron-rich clay, it’s brushed with white slip and finished in a thin matte glaze.
