Bras Cheese Knife

This cheese knife is the result of a collaboration with French chef, Michel Bras and his brother, André Bras. The stamina wood handle is made from dyed veneer laminate, then soaked in phenolic resin and compressed. A mirrored polished stainless steel blade ensures inimitable sharpness and exceptional taste-enhancing qualities.

Forge de Laguiole are the maestros of the original peasant’s knife, created in 1828.
