Kedma Sujihiki Knife

The Kedma Sujihiki knife is defined by a long, medium-width, thin blade that's designed for precise slicing of cooked and raw meats, as well as cleaning fat. Handcrafted in Barcelona, this knife is made to last and is versatile enough to be used for a variety of cutting board tasks. An octagonal handle with stacked discs assembled around the tang of the blade lends an original and artful touch.

Industrial designer Tomer Botner started Florentine Kitchen Knives in Florentin, Tel Aviv, back in 2012. Now, together with his wife and former fashion designer, Noam Blumenthal, the power duo crafts every unique knife in Barcelona using premium steels, leather and composites. Fusing elements of Eastern, Middle Eastern and Western design, the distinctive, high-quality kitchen tools feature curved stacked handles using leather discs, a variety of composites, brass ferrules and pommels. All knives are fitted with a natural tan leather blade guard.
