Alain Saint-Joanis’ savoir-faire has been passed through the generations since 1876. Each cutlery collection is assembled and polished by hand in La Monnerie, France. The Iris serving spoon is hand-finished with a 33 micron silver-plated ferrule and a marbled resin handle.
