Story

Italian glass artist Flavio Poli is renowned for his contribution to the world of Murano glass. While perhaps best known for advancing the sommerso – or submerged glass – technique, this vase from the 1940s instead focuses on his ability to manipulate the glass to create ridged, scalloped surfaces. Please note, this item is a truly original vintage piece with slight imperfections and distinctive characteristics that add to its charm and celebrate its unique history.
