Story

Venini is one of the many glass artists with sommerso down to a fine art. The technique, which translates from Italian to mean ‘submerged’, creates multicoloured layers inside a glass object. Here, this comes to life via a burst of deep blue pooled between transparent edges. Please note, this item is a truly original vintage piece with slight imperfections and distinctive characteristics that add to its charm and celebrate its unique history.
