Story

The beauty of Murano glass lies in its irregularities – the variations in shape and size for example, as well as the differences in texture and form. This ashtray from the 1950s utilises the bullicante technique, where several layers of bubbles are inserted into thick glass. The result appears effervescent, as if it’s been submerged in water. Please note, this item is a truly original vintage piece with slight imperfections and distinctive characteristics that add to its charm and celebrate its unique history.
