Story

Vallauris on the Côte d'Azur had its prime in the 1950s, attracting pottery powerhouses such as Pablo Picasso and Robert Picault. The commune is known as the city of clay – and with good reason, as it's been a hub for pottery since ancient times. Designs are recognised for their Mediterranean-inspired themes, as is reflected in this fish jug from the 1960s. Please note, this item is a truly original vintage piece with slight imperfections and distinctive characteristics that add to its charm and celebrate its unique history.
