Story

Mongolia’s yaks grow a fine, downy undercoat beneath their rugged outer layer, gathered each spring and prized for its warmth and natural resistance to allergens. Saved NY pairs it with hand-combed cashmere and a tufted, deeply textured finish that invites you to reach out and touch. Made by hand in Mongolia, it’s a throw built for the coldest evenings.

Maker

Brooklyn-based artist and designer, Sean McNanney turned his dream of creating a line of luxury blankets into a reality. Inspired by Mongolian nomadic culture and a lifetime of collecting ephemera, the brand binds tradition with modern sensibility to create sustainable heirlooms that are like ‘warm friends’. Every piece is handcrafted from responsible Mongolian cashmere, camel hair and Yak down.
