Jamie Gaunt Designs
From a farm workshop tucked into the woodlands of Kent, Jamie Gaunt carves sculptural design objects that celebrate the poetry of wood. Working primarily with fallen oak gathered nearby, he combines the use of traditional tools with an instinctive process he calls free carving, letting each piece reveal its own rhythm and form. This results in totem-like, hand-carved wooden lamps and other home accessories that feel both ancient and new, shaped by the hand as much as by the landscape itself.
