Kedma Paring Knife

The Kedma Paring knife is a small-but-powerful utility knife, perfect for all jobs done in the hand and not on the cutting board, such as peeling and garnishing, as well as for smaller, faster tasks. Bold yellow and black stripes lend a design-led touch to the octagonal handle, complete with stacked discs assembled around the tang of the blade. It's made to last, handcrafted with the highest attention to detail in the founders' Barcelona-based studio.

Industrial designer Tomer Botner started Florentine Kitchen Knives in Florentin, Tel Aviv, back in 2012. Now, together with his wife and former fashion designer, Noam Blumenthal, the power duo crafts every unique knife in Barcelona using premium steels, leather and composites. Fusing elements of Eastern, Middle Eastern and Western design, the distinctive, high-quality kitchen tools feature curved stacked handles using leather discs, a variety of composites, brass ferrules and pommels. All knives are fitted with a natural tan leather blade guard.
