Kedma Pankiri Knife

The Kedma Pankiri knife is a Japanese-style bread knife with a striking red and black striped design. This 240mm long rectangular blade features 8mm serrations and a thin, lightweight design that's perfect for cutting delicate pastries. It features an octagonal handle with stacked discs assembled around the tang of the blade, making it a functional must-have for any chef or aspiring culinary artist.

Industrial designer Tomer Botner started Florentine Kitchen Knives in Florentin, Tel Aviv, back in 2012. Now, together with his wife and former fashion designer, Noam Blumenthal, the power duo crafts every unique knife in Barcelona using premium steels, leather and composites. Fusing elements of Eastern, Middle Eastern and Western design, the distinctive, high-quality kitchen tools feature curved stacked handles using leather discs, a variety of composites, brass ferrules and pommels. All knives are fitted with a natural tan leather blade guard.
