Kedma Nakiri Knife

The Kedma Nakiri knife is the perfect tool for vegetable and herb chopping thanks to its rectangular, thin blade. Its lightweight, tall frame and straight edge make it comfortable for big tasks performed on the cutting board, while the octagonal handle with stacked discs assembled around the tang of the blade adds a touch of elegance to its already exceptional design.

Industrial designer Tomer Botner started Florentine Kitchen Knives in Florentin, Tel Aviv, back in 2012. Now, together with his wife and former fashion designer, Noam Blumenthal, the power duo crafts every unique knife in Barcelona using premium steels, leather and composites. Fusing elements of Eastern, Middle Eastern and Western design, the distinctive, high-quality kitchen tools feature curved stacked handles using leather discs, a variety of composites, brass ferrules and pommels. All knives are fitted with a natural tan leather blade guard.
