Baba Tree works with Fra Fra weavers from Bolgatanga in Northern Ghana on their elephant-grass baskets and trays. Their artisans strip and dye the grass into evocative combinations, then plait the fibres into conversation pieces with luscious curves and vibrant colour combinations. Marked with the handprint or signature of the maker, no two are exactly alike.
