Martyn Thompson Studio
Self-described as an “accidental expressionist”, Martyn Thompson began his career in fashion design before turning his eye to photography, capturing the worlds of clothing, interiors and still life. His creative curiosity later expanded into textiles, ceramics, and most recently, hand-blown glass—vases specifically, made in collaboration with Australian glass artist Tom Rowney at Canberra Glassworks. Rooted in color, pattern and the poetry of the everyday, his work bridges nostalgia and modernity with ease.
