This rice paddle continues the narrative of fusing the old with the new; handcrafted from birch wood and finished with natural beeswax, it has a unique colour and grain that highlights the beauty of its natural materials. It’s perfect for using with rice – both serving and storing – and is complete with a hand-chiselled pattern on the inner that helps with grip.

Based in Gyeongsan, South Korea, real-life tree studio Jaejin Choi creates handcrafted wooden items that are thoughtful and purposeful, but also a delight to see and hold.
