Glass is never truly still in Alicja Hajkowicz-Rudzka's world. Through Oog Objects, the Polish designer captures the moment when molten glass is suspended between movement and rest, preserving its energy in objects made to last. Drawing on a background spanning architecture, installation and collectible design, she balances precision with spontaneity, allowing the material to retain the traces of its making. Her Polish glassware is blown by hand using traditional techniques and mass-tinted glass, where heat, gravity and the maker's touch shape the result. No two settle in quite the same way, giving every object its own distinct character.
