French silverware ...

French silverware maison Ercuis upholds a legacy dating back to 1867 through its hand-worked flatware and hollowware. Design inspirations are legion, ranging from architecture and art to travel and the culinary world—with the needs of haute cuisine chefs a particular priority. Creating a single piece of Ercuis cutlery requires up to 45 steps, many of them still performed manually, such as cutting fork tines, assembling knives, embossing, applying decorative borders, and polishing pieces to a luminous gleam.
