Bistrot Cheese Knife

Hand-assembled at the family workshop outside Paris, it benefits from the craftsmanship of skilled goldsmiths and artisans. Use it in conjunction with coordinating cutlery, or mix and match.

In 1993, a goldsmith’s son, Francis Gelb created his first piece of flatware - a knife - from there Sabre began.
