The Bistro stainless-steel cutlery is a contemporary take on a classic tabletop style, finished with a micro-toothed blade and a smooth light-khaki acrylic handle with visible rivets. Hand-assembled at the family workshop outside Paris, every utensil benefits from the craftsmanship of skilled goldsmiths and artisans.

In 1993, a goldsmith’s son, Francis Gelb created his first piece of flatware - a knife - from there Sabre began.
