Story

Laboratorio Paravicini’s screen-printed plates are a nod to the ornate decorative styles that adorned 18th-century wallpaper and ceramics. These Monkeys dinner plates are adorned with six different scenes with playful primates and make brightening additions to any dinner table. They come in a set of six.

Maker

Costanza Paravicini calls her Milan workshop a "wunderkammer" – a gallery of curiosities for connoisseurs of fine hand-painted design. Her ceramic plates are like storybooks with the designs, by her daughters Benedetta and Margherita, hand-painted or silk-screened to depict fantastical scenes of snakes, monkeys and hot air-balloons.
