Boasting a rare beauty, this pair of Dutch hand-enamelled ‘Kluk Kluk’ decanters dates back to the 1870s. They were originally intended for display and get their quirky name from the sound wine makes when poured from them. Each one spotlights a unique waisted design with four tube columns down the sides and pointed stoppers that are decorated with painterly blue spirals and dotted enamel. What really makes them a work of art, however, are the local Dutch scenes that have been painted by hand. Please note, this item is a truly original vintage piece with slight imperfections and distinctive characteristics that add to its charm and celebrate its unique history.
