Story

Dušan’s collections lead masterclasses in comfort, purity and exceptional craftsmanship, as classic silhouettes come into their own with the help of artisanal fabrics and modern tailoring. This jacket is a case in point, realized in soft, shirt-like linen with open-back detailing and notched lapels.

Maker

Since founding his eponymous line in 1999, Serbia-born Dušan Paunovic has remained one of Milan’s best-kept secrets. Erring on androgynous minimalism, his collections are quiet and considered with fabrics of the highest quality at the fore; only when he’s sourcing Japanese cotton does he divert from his Italian-everything formula. But his chunky cashmere and liquid silks don’t work alone, as they find movement in masterful silhouettes and muted palettes.
