Story

Pinto’s Histoires d'Orchidées collection invites you into a field of enchanting orchids. Each Limoges porcelain piece is hand-painted with an enveloping bloom, while 24-karat gold details mimic a sun’s guiding light. They’re expertly crafted in France with scalloped edges and subtle differences that reflect the hand of the maker.

Maker

The late Alberto Pinto is a legendary figure in the world of art and design, celebrated for his embrace of different cultures and eclecticism. At the beginning of his career, he worked with notable industry names – such as David Hicks and Luis Barragán – until he felt ready to take on a personal project in the 1960s, and what better than the design of his own apartment? Such rich heritage is honoured today in Pinto's beautiful collections. Original hand-painted designs echo the aesthetic of the founder while celebrating fine materials and exceptional craft.
