Story

Alexandrite is one of the world’s most desirable gemstones because of its chameleon-like quality – it’s said that, depending on the light under which it’s observed, its colour can change from lilac to blue. This cheese dish from the 1960s puts the stone in full focus; it’s crafted from alexandrite glass and finished with a silver-plated base and top. Please note, this item is a truly original vintage piece with slight imperfections and distinctive characteristics that add to its charm and celebrate its unique history.
